[Lowfer] Lowfer TAG Back on Air

Copied TAG in daylight via the kiwisdr in Rockport, ME this morning. For 
a path of only 73 mi the signal was unimpressive. Perhaps the loop is 
nulling it. Lightning racket was noticeable but the only lightning 
showing at https://www.blitzortung.org/en/live_lightning_maps.php?map=30 
was very far away.
