[Lowfer] QRM or LOWFER?

Hi Garry. Really great analysis of the signals. My capture was just
prior to sunrise, I think it was around 7:30 AM local EST. It would be
really neat if someone was experimenting and a new signal available.
Tonight I will try to get my frequency dialed in more accurately than it
currently is. Last season I had captured WH2XXP several times at around
the same time so this should be interesting. TU again. 73
