[Lowfer] QRM or LOWFER?

Hi Gary. You do so well not only finding these neat remote receivers to 
listen to but you find awesome DX.  I was wondering if you or anyone 
else thinks if I caught QRM or a LOWFER in the enclosed plot? I know my 
freq is off just a tad. This was just prior to sunrise the other evening. 73
