[Lowfer] Watering hole "threefer"

Thanks for the reports Garry. The beacons seem to be doing really well
for this early in the season. My environment is really dry, like a lot
of North America. Leaves are down on the typical trees and I would
expect the juices in the trees have relocated to their roots.

A short update on this years power setup is that so far the Hifer is
fully recharging within the daylight hours, even on cloudy/rainy days.

I corrected a couple issues on the Lowfer configuration, as well as
swapping to a battery with larger capacity. On a typical day the battery
gets fully recharged. On a couple rain/cloudy days, a significant charge
was put back in the battery, but it didn't fully recharge until a full
day of sun. I should have about 6 days of run time with no sunshine.

One unknown factor yet is the impact of cold temps as both beacons
operate in un-heated, metal buildings.
