[Lowfer] Watering hole "threefer"

Tuned the VE3HOA kiwisdr to the watering hole over night and with ARGO 
at QRSS30 found TAG, WM, and SIW. TAG of course was strong from over 300 
mi; WM and SIW were weak from over 600 mi. A nuisance spur was in there 
too just above WM.

LF NDB reception continues to improve with KT on 238 kHz coming through 
from New Zealand over a 6492 mi path to the KPH kiwisdr receiver in 
California.
