[Lowfer] VLF NWC

Hi Garry,

I see a KiwiSDR for "KPH-HF" in Point Reyes on their map. Is this the same
one you listened on? It doesn't specifically list LF or VLF. I could very
weakly hear WWVB on 60 kHz with it.
