[Lowfer] VLF NWC

Via the KPH LF kiwisdr in California NDBs POA (332 kHz) and MDY (400 
kHz) were weaker than usual this morning. Nonetheless, when tuning was 
lowered to monitor the VLF high powered Navy transmitters NWC on 19.8 
kHz was in there fine. Haven't noticed that for quite awhile although 
that may be because VLF isn't monitored often. NWC was also copied on 
several Alberta kiwisdrs as well as by K9VD in IL and at Edinburgh, IN 
(10,748 mi).
