Somebody reported that Chrome complains about that file, thinking that it is virus...

The problem is that I have compacted the executable, and the DLL file it needs, into a single exe file, using the Enigma 
Virtual Box utility.
This looks suspicious to Chrome... but if you look carefully, in the same message where Chrome tells you that the 
download was blocked, there is a choice that tells Chrome to anyway complete the download...

If you trust me, be reassured, there are no viruses in that program... :-)
