[Lowfer] WM and SIW in south carolina

Garry,

Thanks for giving it a shot.  It has been a dry spell here for a while and
I had a bad noise source interfering with my setup, but I have it all
working well again. You were the only signal coming in for a while, but
things seem to have gotten better and you both are coming in like normal
now.
