[Lowfer] WM and SIW in south carolina

Thanks for running the grabber John. It's a good way to know the state 
of propagation to lowfers KE and JH. SIW and WM were coming through 
again this morning so I listened around 181.82 kHz with the Pembleton 
Farms, OH kiwisdr. Unfortunately no signals came through using QRSS60.
