[Lowfer] Watering hole copy at N8GA kiwisdr

Found a more distant kiwisdr with decent copy of lowfers WM and SIW 
using ARGO at QRSS30, slow (QRSS60 a bit better). The N8GA kiwisdr 
(http://hill.n8ga.org:8074/)  uses a Clifton Labs eprobe as the antenna 
for copy not that different to that using the Edinburgh, IN kiwisdr with 
an elaborate 170' inverted V and huge tophat at shorter distances.
