[Lowfer] SAQ frequency stability

SAQ's 10/24/23 transmission was much more unstable than normal. Today's
transmission was much better but not quite up to normal stability. Instability
when first keying up during the test and tune and also at shutdown (if the key
is held down when de-energizing the alternator) is normal. Other than that
it's usually remarkably stable.

Earlier this year, SAQ transmitted a message and I tuned in on a KiwiSDR
station in Sweden. I noticed that same frequency drift then. It's
amazing
that they use an AC generator to produce the signal.
