  Thanks for giving it a shot. Antenna is an on-the-ground dipole, not very efficient but I did see the signal on an Ottawa SDR at 309 miles from my QTH.

-90 and -100dBm. I am seeing some new QRM below 185Kc, so I didn't 
expect to see real weak signals.

Either it is too early in the Lowfer season, or I have work to do on my 
receive setup.
