[Lowfer] WH2XIL 185.31 CW & QRSS

Warren,

I set up Argo to capture overnight. Nothing showed up in any capture.

  When I set up my Kiwi, I found my peak noise floor was running between 
-90 and -100dBm. I am seeing some new QRM below 185Kc, so I didn't 
expect to see real weak signals.

Either it is too early in the Lowfer season, or I have work to do on my 
receive setup.
