[Lowfer] Improved watering hole lowfer reception

Finally had some sort of copy on signals around 185.300 kHz at home in 
Massachusetts last night. See:

Times are in UTC, and 800 = 185.300 kHz.
TAG is clearly visible - there is an interfering line on the left side 
of the screen that isn't normally there, might be a PLC. Traces of WM 
and SIW are visible at their correct frequencies, but a convincing ID 
would be tough to pick out. No sign of SJ last night -- would have been 
off the top of this screen, anyway. Lots of supposed PLC activity near 
the bottom of the screen.

I used an R75 and the old WD2XES transmit loop. A smaller 5' loop has 
only been good for local work this year.

The huge signal blooming up on 185.297 on the right likely comes from a 
neighbor's TV. It clobbers that frequency, and brings up the overall 
noise level around the watering hole. Nothing new -- am suspecting an 
older plasma TV.
