[Lowfer] Improved watering hole lowfer reception

Watering hole lowfer signals were much improved here last night. Perhaps 
because of the snow and/or the lightning racket previously in the Gulf 
moved well out into the Atlantic ocean. Regardless, lowfer SJ was in 
there much of the night and WH2XXP made a good slowing as well. TAG was 
in there for a few characters and of course WM was solid.
