Thanks, John. It looks as though the answer in my case is 500 Hz.

I have to invoke the newbie defense -- I'm at the stage of not knowing
what I want to do, beyond trying QRSS rx, particularly below 500 kHz. If
I go with 185.3 kHz and QRSS30, is there a CW bandwidth I might try?
Also, while I'm waiting for the MF/LF bands to perk up this fall/winter,
are there any suggestions for an active QRSS frequency and mode on HF I
might experiment with to get some practice with Argo?
Thanks again,
Frank
