[Lowfer] Lowfers WM and EAR

Hi Garry,

Thanks for the signal report. Last fall I connected in several pieces of 
heavy fencing laying on the ground to see if it improved the Lowfer 
ground plane. Since your last report, and the need to simplify lawn 
mowing, I removed the panels. I couldn't decide if they improved the 
signal over winter. I don't see much change from your last report a 
couple weeks ago. There was a very small adjustment needed to the 
loading coil after pulling up the panels. Now the question, do I put 
them, back next fall????
