[Lowfer] NRK-TFK active again on 37.5 kHz

After a lengthy absence VLF station NRK-TFK is active again on 37.5 kHz. 
Rather than the usual continuous FSK spectrum the current transmission 
consists of 5 distinct carrier lines.
