[Lowfer] FTA63 on 63.85 kHz

Hi J.B.,

Just using an eprobe here up 10' from ground level and the receiver is 
an SDR-IQ to Windows 7 PC running SpectraVue.

Propagation is looking up. Decoded LU1DOW and K9FD in Hi on 474.2 kHz 
wspr2 over night. Also saw VK4YB on 136 kHz wspr2 this morning after 
switching to that frequency but too weak to decode. Others with better 
antennas did decode the signal.
