[Lowfer] LF ham bands

As others have said, blacksheep is dead. Rsgb-lf at groups.io is the 
primary forum for 2200m and also includes 630m activity. 600mrg may have 
some traffic relating to 630m but it doesn't seem to be used much.

On 2200m, modes include a very small amount of normal CW, some QRSS and 
DFCW, WSPR2, WSPR15 (may discontinue now that FST4W is available), FST4 
(for QSOs), FST4W (similar WSPR but more sensitive and more options), 
Opera32 and occasionally EbNaut for the more advanced stations. I'm not 
sure if JT9 will continue to be used now that we have FST4.

I'll let others comment on modes for 630m. It has been a while since I 
was active there. I do know CW, FST4, WSPR and FST4W are being used.
