[Lowfer] LF ham bands

I meant to add, Douglas, that CW is used on the band and it is very slow, a
computer mode so you read it from the lines on your computer screen, but
mostly there are computer modes in use meant for very low power
transmission.   I do not know which ones are in current use as I have not
been operating on the band since it became public for all to use.   Ask at
600MRG.
