[Lowfer] Wobbly SJ

Over the last few nights SJ has gotten progressively more wonky. Still 
nice to have it there though.
Had some traces of what looked like 7P again.  Not nearly as nice as the 
night before which gave a clearly identifiable ID.
EU longwave AM broadcast stations have been booming the last few nights too.
