[Lowfer] Wobbly SJ

Lowfer SJ usually begins with frequency drift and jumps, then settles 
down. However, last night even as local sunrise neared that behavior 
occasionally persisted. Conditions were down here from the previous 
night. While lowfers SJ and WM came through decently lowfers 7P and JH 
generally only produced signal traces, not decodable call signs.
