[Lowfer] EAR report from KS

I'm a little slow posting this, but on Tuesday evening, EAR began 
showing up here as early as 5 minutes past sunset. Both QSB and QRN 
affected it later in the night, but it certainly started out well. Tried 
for a repeat tonight, but just so-so at sunset this time.

That makes a full year of copying EAR here in every calendar month, at 
long last.
