[Lowfer] 1476 khz

For the past several days I have been running Argo on 1476 khz looking for
a carrier from a  temporary 3w station in Germany.  I did not see the
signal but I believe it was received in Brazil. What I did copy was  a
thermostat
swinger, presumably from Egypt, that Markus also copies.

I believe the temporary signal is now off for awhile but my monitor is
still running.  I know monitoring any small slice of the spectrum will show
many unusual slow signatures.  However what was seen here today between
1800 to 1900 UT I think is rather unusual.
