[Lowfer] Weak signal test transmission on 137.774KHz

I have started a MEPT on 137.774. It is sending the letters"W" and "M" 
at an FSKCW speed of 60 second dits with a 1 Hz shift.  At that speed 
each letter takes close to ten minutes to send so I have included a CW 
id of "N8OOU" after each letter. The cw speed is 10 WPM.

Right now the transmitter input power is 1W coupled into a 180 Ft 
transmitting loop. My remote receiver measures this signal at -47 dBm 
compared to -17dBm for the WM Lowfer. That not a lot of power, so my 
expectations are low. I am working on adding an external amp but even 
with it, the small loop will keep in the QRP category..
