Jim,
I host a list that of US 630m stations that is maintained by Ralph, W0RPK,
that reflects stations that are reported to have completed at least one
two-way QSO:

If you scroll down you will also find a link to a list that was maintained
by Roger, VE7VV, that he may no longer be maintaining, but it is the same
criteria as the list above but covers both 630m and 2200m.
