[Lowfer] 2200m QSO Stations List

I am thinking of a list with categories. E.g. (1) Those who have actually
made QSO's. (2) Those who have equipment and have perhaps heard other
stations but haven't worked anyone. (3) Those who are working on it.

I have received the OK to transmit on 630 and 2200 meters. Currently
working on receive antenna(s). I'm starting to think about transmitting
antennas.
