[Lowfer] Seeing a Dasher in 2200 meter WSPR band

Hi all:

Doug - K4LY is transmitting on 2200 meters this evening and I wanted to see how well he does here as close as we are..
Interestingly, I started seeing a dash line next to his signal. I wonder if anyone else is seeing / saw this too ?
Is someone sending a series of dashes.. here is a dropbox link to what I am seeing in the waterfall...
