Mike, Garry & All:  Current view of SIW on SW EWE antenna

I started on my NW EWE antenna to make sure I had a solid SIW copy, then 
switched to SW direction to see if
any trace of WM could be detected. Mike may be able to divine a few 
flat-line tracers out of the noise in the waterfall.
There should only be 2dB or so antenna pattern difference between my 300 
degree EWE and my 240 degee EWE

I will let ARGO run, SIW should switch freq on schedule soon....
