Joe ran a beacon on 477.7 kHz last night sending at QRSS10. Began trying 
to copy it with ARGO at QRSS30 and found signal good enough to switch to 
QRSS20 by 0230Z and to QRSS10 by 0330Z. Signal was up and down 
afterwards, often visible at QRSS3, with best copy around 0600Z.
