[Lowfer] Got my approval from the UTC today

Hi Doug,

It's nice that they told you are not too close to one the affected PLC
systems. However, they are not tasked with telling you that. They are
only tasked with telling any of us if we *are* too close to one of
those. They probably have a lot of coffee to drink, the web to browse at
work, and early afternoon golf to play and are not required to inform us
if we are in the clear. Wasting their time by telling you that your
station is clear of PLCs is an *option* for a slow morning at UTC :)
They can merely drink their coffee, browse the web, and go golfing for
30 days (or any other *real* work they may have to do).

The approval or not is already made by the FCC. Now your mission should
you decide to accept it is to get on the air on those new bands :)

73,

Bill KU8H
