[Lowfer] It would be good if more US stations monitored using OPERA and JT-9 as well as WSPR

The  trans Atlantic path seems to be opening and I have been received
using WSPR2 on two consecutive nights on the East coast USA. N1BUG and
VA1VM having the sharp ears!

It would be great if a few stations could also monitor using OPERA (so
easy to install and remove..) and JT-9 It is perfectly possible to
