Good morning Garry:

Well to clarify I suppose.. Oh Yeah, I'm getting 25 over S-9 static crashes.. My low noise is based on what
I refer to " resting S-meter reading " .. That usually hovers at S-9 to 5 over especially plagued with the
usual powerline buzz .. This morning - amazingly, there is almost no powerline buzz, and the S-meter is
hovering around S-6 with the dial at 183.570 KHz - USB for your WSPR .. I can hear several PLC's screaming
in the background.. It would be a LF operators dream to have a noise floor this low all the time .. hi hi
too bad the propagation isn't cooperating with the noise level .. At my end, it has been noticably weak for
the past 3 days .. DCF-77 went from pounding on the door, to whispering under the floor .. The sun is
awfully quiet, and as John - TAG says; " maybe too quiet "

73, and thanks for the signal:

Andy - XR
