Andy, surprised to hear you had low noise and decoded some wspr-15 
transmissions. A violent lightning storm was on top of the beacon most 
of the night so eprobes were shut down here. The lightning map at 
http://thunderstorm.vaisala.com/explorer.html still looks pretty ugly.
