[Lowfer] Monitoring JT65 on 474.200 (dial)

I was wondering if it was a software artifact - but it would have to affect
all of the individual reporting stations at the same time.  Seems unlikely
unless it's a really strange bug.  Here is a sampling of reports:

(sorry for any odd cut/paste artifacts above)

All of those reporting stations had the same software glitch at the same
time?  Or were the reports just being generated online at wsprnet.org and
not by real receivers???

The reported location matches the C6 prefix...

If real - the report at 9352km is not bad for a newbie.  And a few stations
in opposite directions make it seem more legit.
