[Lowfer] WH2XND 136 kHz WSPR

JD, interesting that you can normally decode WH2XND in the daylight. 
I've seen the reports from W7IUF doing the same, but figured he just had 
a "real" antenna. With e-probes as far as I know neither I nor 4 other 
nearby stations (SWL/K9, WA9CGZ, KA9CFD, and WA9ETW) normally copy 
anything much after local sunrise. We're a hotbed of LF monitoring, hi. 
Guess the greater distance (about 2300 km vs 1600 km) makes a real 
difference. But it's nice that several times in the past few months 
WH2XND has indeed been decodable in the middle of the day. The biggest 
surprise this winter season though was the morning lowfer SJ came in 
fine for several hours well after local sunrise.
