[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

For the first time in quite awhile decoded area 4 station X in Labrador 
at 0400Z from 2644 km. Also, while it didn't print out, it was clear 
that Greenland station I sent a "no message" message at 0920Z from 3821 
km. Should have printed out okay during the window 6 hours earlier but 
must have been stepped on by station G and/or H. Otherwise, the usual 3 
west coast stations C, Q, and W were in there but nothing was copied 
from either BC station.
