[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Good signals here over night from the 3 US west coast stations in area 
12: C, Q, and W. Area 4 messages were also decoded from stations 
A,B,C,E,F,G,H,N,P,R, and U. Wasn't listening when  Puerto Montt, Chile 
was scheduled to transmit but NDB MJL on 240 kHz USB from MEJILLONES, 
Chile was in there again pretty well at 0625Z so perhaps something from 
area 15 might have been copyable too. Based on Mike's good report for 
lowfer TH I listened a bit in the evening using QRSS3, normal like his 
capture. Saw signal but only decoded an occasional TH. Before local 
sunrise, tuned in the 3 Alpha stations and found 11.905 and 12.649 kHz 
weak but 14.881 kHz pretty good. The unknown signal OBL on 315 kHz 
+/-400 Hz was copied throughout the night. Probably not very far away.
