It certainly is! At the time I wrote my midnight report, I hadn't looked
at all the Argo captures yet. When I checked more closely and saw the
ones that included the 0200 time slot, it became clear that it was not a
propagation anomaly; the QRSS transmission was indeed being interrupted,
but I had no idea that it was by the QRSS keyer. Most fascinating.

to reassemble the payload:
170112 0200 7 -34 -0.6 0.185185 K3SIW EN51 0 0 3065 6
...but at least it had the header intact and was able to proceed. None of
the time slots without a header decoded, no matter how strong the signal.
More after I've had a chance to examine the rest of the night's results.
