Garry: I was just not able to see a signal on the WSPX15 waterfall last
night due to the propagation. We are at that distance apart where it is
almost too close for skywave at night and the edge of ground wave or
whatever daylight propagation exists...for the afternoon QRSS SIW was
peaking about 10dB out of the average background noise at times....
