Mike, thanks for the SIW QRSS capture. The switchover time has been 
drifting long past noon. WSPR-15 is of course timed to GPS accuracy but 
the switchover is run by a free-running clock device and the cold 
weather hasn't helped its accuracy, hi. Sorry WSPR-15 didn't decode. 
Thought it would do at least as well as QRSS30 but apparently not.
