Thanks for the capture. I performed a re-tune of the Pie design loading 
coils yesterday using a new sweep/analyzer tool I have been 
constructing. I left the coil spacing at the best reading from the tool. 
  I am happy to see that setting was in a spot to put out enough signal 
to reach PA. It gives a little more credence to the meter.

The graphics portion of the ID is transmitted with less "energy 
concentration" so with a weak signal it will disappear before the QRSS. 
I do detect a portion of the M in your capture.
