Garry, Mike, JB & All: I made two capture frames with closest peak signals
I could find at QRSS60 normal of SIW and WM. I chose QRSS60 because the
local radio reception conditions at LF are rather noisy today, perhaps
several dB worse than yesterday. I also have made most of my SIW captures
at QRSS60, so it makes it easier to compare to prior captures. At QRSS30 it
seemed that a local noise source was limiting reception somewhat.

So SIW and WM are close to parity at the time of capture.
As a further check on background noise, I made an EAR capture at QRSS30.
EAR was about 18 dB over peak background noise, which I usually compare at
QRSS30...

EAR was 22 to 24 dB above peak background noise yesterday. A few weeks back
EAR was just audible at 26 dB above peak background noise.
