That's the phenomenon I was watching for when Microsoft decided otherwise.
I've previously noticed the first decoded transmission slot to be 1715
UTC, and it appears the transmitter doesn't radiate at all until then,
from what I've seen thus far on the waterfall displays (Argo and WSPR X);
unlike the QRSS signal which climbs up into the window a couple of minutes
past the top of the hour.
I'm really ticked off with MS, because today's session would have made one
full week of transition captures...the first time this season that's been
possible.
