[Lowfer] Lowfer TH op visit

Carl, W2AZQ, and I finally got to meet in person yesterday.  I first met 
Carl about 30 years ago on the weekly 1983 kc lowfer net.  He and two of 
my microwave friends who live close to Carl came for a visit.  I 
suggested he move TH to the QRSS watering hole and I believe he 
eventually will, maybe before winter.  I also suggested he join this 
mail list and will inform him how to do so.  He has TH working well and 
is looking forward to some DX reports.  Currently TH is on 189.360 
sending a message at about QRSS3 speed.
