[Lowfer] Cleaning a large air variable

Andy,

I had fairly good luck on an old motorcycle to get the aluminum parts
closer to a new look by using "Aluminum Jelly" with various brushes, and
a lot of elbow grease. It looks like Aluminum Jelly is now a Locktite
product and still available. The info is on the Locktite web page. I
don't know if it is made now with the same formula as it was 30+ years ago.

It likely would be best to disassemble it to make sure that the cleaner
gets fully washed away.

Good luck
