[Lowfer] D Region Absorption Prediction Map

For many months now I haven't been able to see the colors on the D Layer 
map below:

The time on the page is current and the movie loads but I never see any 
colors indicating current conditions.

I thought maybe the problem was due to still using XP on the main 
computer.  But I get the same on other computers running Win7 and 10. 
Have also tried FireFox, Chrome and IE browsers.

Is the map working for anyone?
