[Lowfer] Lowfer SIW QRT until fall

John, actually that's Bob's lawn, not mine. He's graciously provided a 
site 23 miles away for the lowfer beacon that's excellent. But having 
just returned from 3 weeks in Australia you can imagine mowing my lawn 
wasn't a piece of cake. It would have been interesting to tune for LF 
signals from VK but this time I didn't carry along any radio gear.
